Facolos Warranty Policy
At Facolos, product quality and customer satisfaction are always our top priorities. Our warranty policy is established to safeguard the rights and interests of customers who purchase and use authentic Facolos products through our official distribution channels.
1. Warranty Coverage
We are committed to providing warranty support for all authentic Facolos Pickleball products under the following circumstances:
- Defects resulting from workmanship, materials, or the manufacturing process.
- Production-related issues that affect the product’s functionality or appearance.
Note: This warranty is valid only for products purchased through official Facolos Pickleball sales channels, including our official website, Facebook Fanpage, TikTok Shop, Shopee, or authorized retailers.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the date the customer receives the product. The applicable warranty duration may vary depending on the product category and will be specified on the product label or purchase invoice.
If no specific warranty period is indicated, the default warranty coverage is 180 days, or 6 months, from the date of purchase for pickleball paddles and backpacks.
3. Case Not Covered By Warranty
The warranty does not apply to products that:
- Are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow Facolos’ usage guidelines.
- Show fading of graphics or designs caused by normal use over time.
- Show signs of natural wear and tear from regular use.
- Are damaged as a result of impact, dropping, accidents, or improper transportation by third parties not affiliated with Facolos.
- Have been altered, repaired, customized, or modified in any way by the customer or any unauthorized party.
4. Warranty Request Procedure
If you encounter an issue and would like to request warranty service, please follow the steps below:
Contact us through an official Facolos channel and provide a clear description of the issue, along with photos of the product.
Submit proof of purchase, such as an invoice, order details, or a photo showing the product’s original label or tag still intact.
Wait for a response from the Facolos support team. Our team will review your request and provide detailed instructions regarding the return or exchange process.
